Thanks to your suggestions, we are pleased to announce Cintas will be making an improvement to your customer experience during the weekend of November 27th and 28th by incorporating the sleeve, fit, size and length into Direct Sale Uniform SKU numbers. This impacts you if you store Cintas SKU numbers in your internal system. A new web site is available for you to download the upgraded SKU numbers.
1. Please update your internal purchase order systems, databases and/or web site, to reflect the upgraded SKU numbers by
November 28th.2. Download the
translation spreadsheet (24 mb) to simply replace the current item with its upgraded version by referencing the list.
a. Locate all Cintas SKU's in your system and match them up to the column in the spreadsheet called "Old SKU".
b. Find the "New SKU" on spreadsheet and update your system.
